Drawing on real-world experience and insights from the space industry, the session will offer practical perspectives on working with others, adapting to different situations and developing the soft skills that can make a difference throughout your career.

The session will be led by René Zanderigo, an aerospace manager at Airbus, he currently holds a position within the company, after previously serving as Head of In-Service Support and Integrated Logistic Services for the Airbus A400M propulsion system. In this previous role, he was responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing in-service support activities related to the TP400 engine, developed by Europrop International, as well as the propeller manufactured by Ratier-Figeac.

His responsibilities included ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of the complete propulsion system throughout its lifecycle, in close collaboration with industrial partners, suppliers, and operator customers.He has solid expertise in Systems Engineering as well as Extended Enterprise Support Management, acquired through his experience at Airbus. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from ISAE-SUPAERO and Toulouse School of Management, combining both technical and managerial expertise.

In addition, he regularly contributes to training programs and academic courses related to aerospace, particularly on topics such as the economics of the aviation sector, bringing an industrial, economic, and operational perspective.
